It will tell you what repairs the car has gone through. If the car has been in an accident, the vehicle history will also let you know. Scrutinize it to know if it’s worth buying. 2. External condition Check the overall external condition of the vehicle. Are there scratches? Can you see bubbling paint? Do you notice problems with the lights? Thoroughly inspect the exterior of the vehicle to know if it’s worth buying. 3. Tires You need to replace the tires of your car every 5 years or so.
